A returns portal in your brand
Shoppers find their order with the order number and their email or postcode. No account needed. Your logo and colours, in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese or Dutch.
Returns software for online retailers
FLIPR gives your shoppers a returns portal in your brand and sends them a label or QR code. Every return from Shopify, Linnworks, Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop and your marketplaces lands in one queue your team works through.
Accounts are for businesses only. Returning something you bought? You don't need an account, start your return here.
What FLIPR does
Return requests from every sales channel land in one list. See what each customer asked for, where the order came from, and whether a label has gone out.
Shoppers find their order with the order number and their email or postcode. No account needed. Your logo and colours, in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese or Dutch.
Return windows and your own return reasons, with photos required for faulty or wrong items, so every return arrives with what your team needs to decide.
Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Sendcloud and Shippo, with QR codes for printer-free drop-off. Shoppers see each option and its price before they choose.
Take the label fee in the portal by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Pay by Bank through Stripe or Mollie. Coupons waive it for the customers you choose.
Every request shows the items, the reason, the channel and the customer. Approve it, reject it, or pick up a draft the customer never paid for.
Refund through the channel the order came from, offer an exchange instead, and put stock back in Linnworks when the parcel is checked in.
How it works
Your shopper does the first three steps on their own. Your team picks it up when the parcel arrives.
The shopper enters their order number and email or postcode in your portal.
They pick the items, give a reason, add photos if needed, and choose a refund or an exchange.
They choose a carrier, pay postage if you charge for it, and get a QR code or label by email.
Your team finds the parcel by order or return number, checks the items and adds notes.
The refund goes back through the sales channel and the stock goes back into Linnworks.

Installed from the Shopify App Store
Your plan is billed through Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice, in your store’s currency. You choose and change it in your Shopify admin. Extra-returns packs aren’t sold through Shopify, so move up a plan when you need more.
Installing FLIPR from the Shopify App Store switches billing to Shopify. If you already pay FLIPR by card, connecting a Shopify store to that account keeps your card plan, so you’re never billed twice.
Card prices are in pounds sterling. Plans you pay for by card start with a 14-day free trial.
